Description
This is a New England India Pale Ale (NEIPA), that is, an American IPA with intense fruit flavors and aromas, a smooth body and a fluid mouthfeel, often opaque, with substantial haze. Less perceived bitterness than in traditional IPAs, but always strongly hop oriented. But, it goes through Double Dry Hopping (DDH) , which means adding more hops cold and in batches of several days to the beers after the usual brewing process. Because in this way it gains the qualities of the different types of hops in the mouth and nose, but without giving it the bitterness that they release when they are used for normal cooking. This one in particular turns out to be:
- Very silky and balanced on the palate, resinous nuances.
- Stone fruit flavors from the combination of Cryo Amarillo, Simcoe and Citra hops.
- Pairs well with nachos, guacamole and empanadas
