High fermentation beer, made with eight malts and inspired by classic British recipes:
- A seductive vermilion color, full flavor of sweet malts, balanced immediately after with aromatic hops and a dry and toasty finish.
- Refermented beer in the bottle. No preservatives, not filtered or pasteurized. Free of transgenics. Prepared according to the lunar calendar and with extra cold storage time.
- It pairs well with smoked sausages, grilled red meat, oily fish and strong cheeses.
