A classic German pilsner with Hallertau Mittelfruh, Tettnang and saphir hops:
- Unfiltered and unrefined with soft cloudiness and interesting notes of lemon and mandarin peel with a great classic herbal character.
- On the palate, true to style, a firm but fine bitterness emphasizes the hop combo giving way to gentle notes of bread, cookies and a touch of honey finishing with a dry and hoppy finish to round out the experience.
- Pairs well with cod, prawns, shellfish in general.
