Description
This is a stout style Imperial Stout, full-bodied with a creamy and persistent tan head:
- Its flavor is complex and intense, it tastes like dark chocolate in a soft way and there is a mixture of sweet, vanilla and smoky notes. In general, it is a beer that, despite its complexity, is very tasty and easy to drink.
- The aroma has smoky and exotic notes thanks to the special touch of tonka bean (an aromatic seed) that combines with the chocolate and mocha aromas of the roasted malts .
- Pairing with desserts or strong cheeses.
