Description
This is a top-fermented Belgian Quadrupel-style beer, which is made with figs that replace the sugar that this style is usually made with. Extremadura is a great producer of quality figs and that is why this fruit has been chosen to be the protagonist in this beer:
- Amber color, coppery, with a beige and thin foam.
- Strong and intense flavor, sweet to Extremadura figs, malty and not at all bitter, but with a dry finish
- Made with figs, which is the source of sweetness and sugars that give the beer a whole spectacle of aromas and intensity of flavor.
