Description
A wheat beer made according to the German Weissbier tradition but with the Mediterranean personality that Althaia brings to all of its proposals:
- Pale yellow, slightly veiled appearance typical of the style. Abundant and persistent foam with a creamy texture.
- Aromas of cereal and bread from wheat, with notes of ripe banana and subtle citrus, along with hints of cloves.
- Full-bodied with the taste provided by the elegant acidity wheat.
Perfect pairing with German food, such as sausages or pretzels. For the most daring, pair with spicy dishes such as Thai food. Fish and shellfish. Fresh salads with hints of citrus.
