Description
Beer made at DouGall's since 2019 for the most natural and gluten-free brewers. Working with organic raw materials changes the flavors of the final product and here we find more intensity of flavor than in the rest of the brewery's IPAs:
- Blonde beer with a pale malt base accompanied by seasonal American hops.
- On the nose it is very aromatic, fruity and with a balanced flavor with a dry and slightly bitter finish reminiscent of stone fruits.
- Pairs well with croquettes, calamari, octopus or pizza.

- IBU ( International Unit of Bitterness) high bitterness: 60
