Description
“Skates and beer” is the rallying cry of the local Caspe Roller Derby team, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary and of which Cierzo Brewing is a proud sponsor.
To create a beer at its height, they got together with the best in the trade, their friends from the Pink Boots Society, who in addition to their wisdom, contributed a wonderful blend of Idaho Gem hops, HBC 630, Talus, Triumph and Loral.
- Slightly cloudy straw-golden, with a very creamy foam.
- Aromas of stone fruit (apricot, medlar, peach) and pineapple.
- The flavor is abundant, with a dry nuance without much bitterness, very drinkable.
- Pairs well with grilled chicken, cured cheeses, spicy ramen or chicken curry.
