Description
Belonging to the Expedition Series, in this case a tribute to the Cahuenga Valley of California, which is currently in Los Angeles, and where according to records there was a presence of Basque shepherds in 1850:
- Bright golden color.
- The nose is dominated by citrus fruits, stone fruits and resinous notes.
- The palate is bitter and persistent, with a subtle presence of grain to slightly balance the palate.
- It pairs well with fried foods, grilled meat, spicy dishes such as Moroccan or Indian cuisine, with cured cheeses...
