Beer made exclusively to harmonize with the best Iberian hams. Created in collaboration with Florencio Sanchidrián, professional Iberian ham cutter, appointed World Ambassador of Iberian ham by the International Academy of Gastronomy and considered the best international Ham Cutter:
- Slightly toasted color, which gives an aged golden appearance and a white, creamy and persistent head.
- Smooth and elegant smell of scrubland, of herbaceous and rockroses that your boots tread on when you walk through the Mediterranean meadows and mountains.
- In flavor a balance between sweetness and bitterness, roundness and softness. Flavors of thyme, rosemary, oregano… and balancing everything with the sweetness of honey and flowers.
- Pairing: this beer is the perfect harmony for ham, since it extracts the origin of the ham and means that when you drink the beer it cleans all its fat and at the same time harmonizes perfectly, delving back into those flavors that the ham leaves us clean, clear and sincere.
