Beer with a very contained acid and a brutal load of natural black cherry. Ideal for getting started in the world of sours and suitable for all palates:
- Sour beer with a dark color due to the contribution of black cherry.
- It pairs well with fried foods since the acidic part compensates for the fatty part of the batters. Also with natural fruit tarts such as strawberry, forest fruit or cherry tart.
