- Fleshy fruit aroma (peach, apricot) with fresh balsamic and spicy notes.
- Intense, persistent and balanced bitterness.
- Pairs well with e Spicy stews, spicy meats and vegetables, fried or seasoned fish, blue and intense cheeses.
